Return/Exchange Policy

At Runes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. 

Customers have the option to try the items while the courrier is waiting outside on the spot. If the item is not suitable they can return it before courrier leaves.

Once the item is recieved and courrier leaves, no refunds will be accepted, only exchanges available in 48 hours only.
